Deposit required

Deposits are required to confirm booking

Cancellation

48 Hours notice must be given to cancel or change your appointment. Deposits will not be refunded if less than 48 hours notice is given

Booking Confirmation

Deposit must be paid at least 72 hours prior to your appointment. Your appointment will be given to someone else if deposit is not paid within given timeframe

No Show / Late Arrivals

If you do not turn up to your appointment, your deposit will be kept and a further deposit is needed for your next appointment. If you are later than 10 minutes late for your appointment, you may be turned away and your deposit will be kept
